About Siddha Bhairavi
Siddha Bhairavi temple named after Goddess Bhairavi is situated in Mantridi, a remote village near Berhampur of Ganjam Dist. Goddess Bhairavi, the incarnation of Goddess parvati is known as one of the oldest and famous Shakti Pitha of India. It is alleged that King Purussotam Dev worshipped Goddess Bhairavi before his Kanchi Expedition in 15th Century AD.
